Use Day Shift under clear product boundaries.

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Day Shift, you agree to these terms. If you use Day Shift for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Day Shift is local-first Human-Agent-Contract workflow infrastructure. Normal CLI operation stores workflow artifacts in your repository or local environment and does not require online activation after installation.

Free and unlicensed use is available for evaluation and permitted personal use. Paid licenses cover the named release line, user or team scope, and commercial use described at purchase. Licenses do not transfer ownership of Day Shift source, trademarks, or distribution assets.

Payment collection is handled by hosted Stripe checkout or another disclosed payment provider. License delivery depends on verified payment evidence and server-side signing. Keep your license file and purchase evidence for recovery requests.

You are responsible for reviewing generated artifacts, protecting your repositories and credentials, verifying downloads before execution, and deciding whether Day Shift is appropriate for your project, compliance obligations, and development process.

Do not misuse Day Shift to attack systems, bypass license or security controls, redistribute paid license files, misrepresent entitlement scope, or remove required commercial reminder notices except through supported license behavior.

Support is provided according to the support page and the license or relationship you have with Day Shift. Features, documentation, prices, release lines, and distribution channels may change over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day Shift is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, downloads, CLI, licenses, or support materials.
