Warranty

Day Shift is provided with explicit warranty limits.

This warranty page explains what is and is not promised for the website, release downloads, local CLI behavior, licenses, support, and third-party services.

As-is baseline

Except for any written warranty expressly provided with a paid agreement, Day Shift is provided as-is and as-available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

Release downloads

The website publishes release-pipeline-produced artifacts, manifests, checksums, release notes, and installer scripts. You are responsible for verifying checksums, reviewing installer behavior, and deciding whether to run downloaded files in your environment.

Local environments

Day Shift cannot warrant that every shell, operating system version, repository layout, dependency manager, security policy, automation host, or coding-agent workflow will behave exactly as expected.

Workflow output

Day Shift helps structure specs, planning, readiness, validation evidence, implementation summaries, and reconciliation. It does not guarantee code correctness, model output quality, regulatory compliance, project success, or acceptance by reviewers.

Licenses and support

Paid licenses are intended to suppress commercial reminders and document covered release-line use after local verification. Support guidance does not guarantee a fix, delivery timeline, compatibility outcome, or custom implementation unless a separate written agreement says so.

Third-party services

Stripe checkout, email providers, hosting infrastructure, operating systems, coding assistants, package tools, and other third-party services are outside Day Shift's warranty responsibility.

Consumer rights

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Warranty questions

Send warranty, compatibility, purchase, or license questions to request@tnsds.tech with the release version, operating system, installer path, checksum evidence, and local command output when relevant.
